Monroe Home Show 2026 Giveaway · Effective April 24, 2026 · v1

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

1. Sponsor & Co-Sponsors

Primary Sponsor: Mill Creek View.

Co-Sponsors: Corey Ihler Real Estate (Corey Ihler, licensed Washington Real Estate Broker, License #22023575, affiliated with Keller Williams Realty North Sound, 1027 State Avenue, Suite 102, Marysville, WA 98270); Trust Life Solutions (a Washington-licensed insurance agency, Chris Ihler, licensed insurance producer).

This giveaway is collectively referred to herein as the "Promotion." The primary Sponsor is responsible for the administration of this Promotion. References to "Sponsors" in these Official Rules mean the primary Sponsor and all Co-Sponsors jointly.

2. Eligibility

The Promotion is open only to legal residents of the State of Washington who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of the Sponsors, their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and each of their respective spouses), and persons living in the same household (whether related or not) are not eligible to enter or win.

By entering, each entrant agrees to comply with and be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the primary Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects relating to this Promotion. Void where prohibited by law.

3. Promotion Period

The Promotion begins at 12:00 PM Pacific Time on April 24, 2026, when the Washington State Evergreen Spring Home Show opens in Monroe, Washington, and ends at 11:59 PM Pacific Time on May 15, 2026 ("Entry Period"), or upon receipt of 100 valid entries, whichever is later. The primary Sponsor's computer is the official time-keeping device for this Promotion.

4. How to Enter

There are three (3) equally weighted methods of entry, all of which are free. Limit one (1) entry per person, regardless of method used. Duplicate entries from the same person will be void.

4.1 Online Entry

Visit coreyihlerrealestate.com/monroe-giveaway.html, complete the official entry form, agree to the required terms, and submit.

4.2 In-Person Entry

Visit the Sponsors' booth at the Washington State Evergreen Spring Home Show held at the Evergreen State Fairgrounds Event Center, 14405 179th Avenue SE, Monroe, WA 98272, between April 24, 2026 and April 26, 2026, and complete a paper entry card or the tablet-based online form.

4.3 Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE) — Mail

To enter without internet access or attending the event, hand-print your full name, complete mailing address, email address, phone number (optional), date of birth, and the statement "I am a Washington State resident and at least 18 years of age" on a plain 3x5-inch card or piece of paper, and mail it in a #10 envelope with first-class postage to:

Mail-in entries must be postmarked no later than May 12, 2026, and received no later than May 15, 2026, to be eligible. All methods of entry will be pooled equally for the drawing. Mechanically reproduced entries are not permitted.

5. Prize

One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive all three prizes listed below as a single package:

Total ARV: approximately $1,250.

Additional prizes may be added to the prize package during the Entry Period at the discretion of the Sponsors. Any added prizes will be announced on the Promotion website at coreyihlerrealestate.com/monroe-giveaway.html and these Official Rules may be amended accordingly.

Prize is non-transferable. No substitution or cash equivalent will be permitted, except by the Sponsors due to unavailability, in which case a prize of equal or greater value will be awarded. Winner is responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes and for reporting the prize as income where required by law. An IRS Form 1099 may be issued to the winner if the aggregate prize value meets or exceeds the applicable reporting threshold.

The Home Depot, Inc. is not a sponsor of and is not affiliated with this Promotion. The Seattle Seahawks, the National Football League, and Kam Chancellor are not sponsors of and are not affiliated with this Promotion.

6. Winner Selection & Notification

One (1) Grand Prize Winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The drawing will be conducted by the primary Sponsor within five (5) business days following the close of the Entry Period. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

The selected winner will be notified by email and telephone at the contact information provided on the entry form within 48 hours of the drawing. If the selected winner cannot be reached, fails to respond within five (5) business days of the first notification attempt, is ineligible, declines the prize, or otherwise fails to comply with these Official Rules, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be drawn from the remaining eligible entries. Up to three (3) alternate winners may be selected before the prize is deemed unawarded.

Winner may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and a Liability/Publicity Release (where legally permissible) before the prize is awarded. Failure to return executed documents within seven (7) business days may result in forfeiture of the prize.

7. Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes the winner's consent to the Sponsors' use of the winner's name, city, state, photograph, likeness, and/or voice for advertising, publicity, and promotional purposes in any media now known or hereafter devised, worldwide, in perpetuity, without additional compensation, notification, or permission.

8. General Conditions

In the event of a dispute as to the identity of an entrant based on an email address, the entry will be declared made by the Authorized Account Holder of the email address submitted at the time of entry. "Authorized Account Holder" means the natural person who is assigned the email address by an internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses.

The Sponsors are not responsible for: (a) lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, illegible, inaccurate, garbled, or undelivered entries; (b) any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction, or unauthorized access to the Promotion website or entry records; (c) injury or damage to entrants' or any other person's computer or mobile device related to or resulting from participation in this Promotion; or (d) any combination of the above.

The Sponsors reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Promotion or any part of it if any fraud, technical failure, human error, or other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Promotion, as determined by the Sponsors.

Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and should such an attempt be made, the Sponsors reserve the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Failure by the Sponsors to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.

9. Release of Liability

By participating, each entrant agrees to release and hold harmless the Sponsors, their parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives, and agents (collectively, the "Released Parties") from any and all liability for any injuries, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the Promotion or acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize.

10. Privacy

Personal information submitted in connection with this Promotion will be collected and used in accordance with the Privacy Policy posted on the Promotion website. Marketing communications (email, SMS, phone, AI-assisted) are governed by the specific consent checkboxes presented on the entry form. Opt-in to any marketing communication is never a condition of entry or winning.

11. Winner's List

For the name of the winner, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to the AMOE address in Section 4.3 above, clearly marked "Winner Request — Monroe Home Show Giveaway." Requests must be received by July 15, 2026.

12. Governing Law & Disputes

This Promotion is governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. All disputes, claims, or causes of action arising out of or relating to this Promotion or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by state or federal courts located in Snohomish County, Washington. Each entrant waives any right to a jury trial to the fullest extent permitted by law.

These Official Rules constitute the entire agreement between each entrant and the Sponsors regarding this Promotion. If any provision of these Rules is held invalid or unenforceable, such invalidity shall not affect the remaining provisions.
