This Privacy Policy describes how Corey Ihler, an independent real estate broker affiliated with Keller Williams Realty North Sound ("we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, and shares personal information when you visit coreyihlerrealestate.com (the "Site") or submit information through any form on the Site, including the Monroe Home Show Giveaway entry form.
1. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly, including: first and last name, email address, telephone number, ZIP code, and any marketing consent elections you make. We also automatically collect technical information through routine web traffic logs, including IP address, browser user agent, referring URL, approximate geolocation, timestamp of visit, and pages viewed.
When you submit the sweepstakes entry form, we additionally record the exact consent text you were shown, the checkboxes you elected, and metadata to establish a compliant prior-express-written-consent record for TCPA, CTIA, and A2P 10DLC purposes.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to: (a) administer the Monroe Home Show Giveaway and notify a winner; (b) respond to inquiries you initiate; (c) if you have elected marketing consent, send marketing and informational messages in the categories and by the channels you authorized on the form; (d) comply with legal obligations; (e) detect and prevent fraud or abuse; and (f) maintain records of your consent and interactions with us as required by law.

When you opt in to marketing from a specific entity on a joint giveaway form, your consent applies only to that entity. Checking marketing consent for Corey Ihler Real Estate does not authorize Trust Life Solutions or Mill Creek View to message you, and vice versa. Each entity maintains its own list and honors its own opt-outs.
4. Sharing of Information
We share personal information with: (a) service providers who operate on our behalf under contractual confidentiality, including GoHighLevel (marketing automation, SMS/email/voice delivery, AI-assisted messaging), cloud hosting providers, and analytics vendors; (b) regulators, law enforcement, or other third parties where required by law, subpoena, or court order; and (c) in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, any successor entity.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties for their independent marketing purposes. For SMS messaging specifically, your consent and opt-in data are not shared with third parties for any purpose other than delivering messages you have authorized, consistent with A2P 10DLC program requirements.
5. Retention
We retain sweepstakes entry records, including consent metadata, for at least four (4) years from the date of entry in order to satisfy TCPA statute-of-limitations recordkeeping requirements. Marketing contact lists are retained while your consent remains active and for a reasonable period thereafter for audit and suppression-list purposes.

You have the right to: (a) access the personal information we hold about you; (b) correct inaccurate information; (c) request deletion of your information, subject to legal retention obligations; (d) withdraw marketing consent at any time; and (e) opt out of further contact.
